Zac Efron is the main actor of this movie. He is a marine that travel to Louisiana after serving 3 tours in Iraq. This movie was based on a Nicholas Spark book though they made so many changes when they made it a movie.

Zack played Logan, and honestly speaking, he did great in the love making scenes and you are really into romance, then this is a good movie for you. Zac Efron’s performance was great and very impressive. This movie proves that Zac Efron has grown up and a real hunk now and he can actually act.

This movie is more on music and stunning views, and failed to give more emphasis on their weak script.

I must add that I was impressed with Zac Efron's acting and also the boy in the movie. I was surprised that Blythe Danner lent her talent to such a weak vehicle but I'm sure there aren't many options for older actresses in this day.

This movie is not really something that you should put into the top list if you are into stunning views and actions but for a drama, I guess I can give this movie a passing grade.
